Email not forwarding
- - Customer service is hard to reach and talking to an agent is impossible.
- - Emails to support go unanswered.

It is impossible to reach customer service. I have had nothing but technical problems with this company and no one responds to my emails requesting support either.
I cannot get my emails to forward unless I pay for their email service which I do not need or use.
This is an issue I should be able to address easily but name makes the process complicated beyond necessity. Talking to an agent is impossible.

Bought a domain from name.com but didn't receive it

- - Domain not delivered; Bank.com remains active and transfer may take up to 5 business days.
On Feb14th,2015,Bank.com was available on Name.com for $747.50. I purchased it with American Express and it was successfully paid.I received a confirmation email with Invoice ID:800****
I checked Bank.com and noticed it is an active website. In my account, it gave me a notice that it takes up to 5 business days to transfer the domain to me.
We signed a contract with another company,and we were supposed to provide them with the domain after getting it from Name.com
We never got the domain.The customer service department said it was not for sale!
